Where do I find the activation code?

Inside the Alash Electronics kit box: a card with a unique code.

What if the code does not work?

Make sure you typed the whole code, including the dashes. Digits 0 and 1 and letters O, I, L are never used in codes. If it still fails, email alashed.edu@gmail.com and attach a photo of the card.

Can I buy a course without a kit?

No. Access opens only with the code from an Alash Electronics kit.

One code: one course?

Yes. Every code is tied to one specific course and is activated once.

Is access lifelong?

Yes. After activation the course stays open on your account with no expiry, from any device.

Can I give the code to someone else?

Yes, as long as it has not been activated. After activation the course is tied to the account and cannot be transferred.

I forgot my password

The sign-in page has a “Forgot password?” link. A reset link (valid for 1 hour) is sent to your email. If it does not arrive, check your Spam folder.
